We would like to thank you for participating in MAP’s Prepaid Program. This is an interim solution to your organization until you’re introduced to the 2008 Prepaid Program 1st Quarter 2008. In an effort to provide you the best in support, we’ve outlined our promise to service excellence ensuring you and your membership’s confidence in this product. MAP will provide you the following support functions:
- Same-day processing: All orders received prior to 3:30 PM PST will be processed before 5:00 PM PST. All remaining orders received after 3:30 PM PST will be processed the following business day excluding weekends.
- Initial Card Orders: Upon receipt of the initial card stock order, this will be provided at the time of training.
- Daily Settlement: This will include the previous business day load and re-load activity.
- Card Order Settlement: All card order billing will be processed on the 15th of each month.
- Card Orders and Loads/Reloads: The www.mapacific.com website provides multiple links to process card orders and load or re-load your member’s cards. This website is User ID and Password protected for security purposes. Upon submission, a return email will be sent confirming the request. MAP will then process the request. In an effort to streamline this, we would like to request the following from you:
- All support requests should be sent to clientservices@mapacific.com or by calling 866-598-0698 x7113 or x2152.
- Any support requests requiring additional information for processing will be returned for full completion. This presents the potential for a delay in processing pending receipt of the additional information.
